1. Introduction

Welcome to AB Trades. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mentorship services and related content. By purchasing or participating in any part of the AB Trades mentorship program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

AB Trades provides trading education, mentorship, and performance guidance. The mentorship may include:

One-on-one calls or group calls

Trading feedback and analysis

Access to proprietary tools or resources

Direct messaging or chat support

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the mentorship at any time without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. By joining the mentorship, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you will not share access to the program with others.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to lessons, strategies, documents, videos, messages, and call recordings, is the intellectual property of AB Trades.
You may not:

Reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials

Share login or access credentials

Record or disseminate private mentorship calls or content

Violations will result in immediate termination without refund and potential legal action.

5. No Guarantees or Earnings Claims

AB Trades does not promise, guarantee, or imply that participation in the mentorship will result in profits, trading success, or financial gain.
Trading is inherently risky. You may lose some or all of your capital.
Your results will depend entirely on your personal discipline, market conditions, and effort.
All testimonials or case studies are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not represent typical or guaranteed results.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the high-touch, performance-based nature of the mentorship, all refunds are subject to strict conditions.
Please review the Refund Policy before purchasing. Refunds are only considered if all eligibility requirements are met and must be submitted through the Whop Resolution Center.

7. Payment & Access

All payments are processed securely through Whop or our authorized payment processor (e.g., Stripe).
Payment must be made in full or via an approved payment plan. Access will not be granted until the first payment is received.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of mentorship access.

8. Code of Conduct

You agree to maintain a respectful and professional tone when interacting with AB Trades or other members.
Harassment, abuse, spamming, or toxic behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.

9. Confidentiality

Any proprietary information shared by AB Trades is confidential and must not be shared, disclosed, or used outside the mentorship.
Violation of this clause is grounds for immediate termination and legal action.

10. Termination

AB Trades reserves the right to terminate your access to the mentorship at any time for violations of these Terms.
In such cases, no refund will be issued.

11. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will AB Trades, its owner (Anish Bokka), or affiliates be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your participation in the mentorship. You assume full responsibility for your trading decisions and outcomes.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the mentorship after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Texas, unless otherwise mutually agreed.
