Refund Policy

1. Overview

At AB Trades, we are committed to delivering a high-quality mentorship experience and fostering real transformation in your trading journey. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refund requests will be considered for the AB Trades mentorship program.
Due to the personalized nature of 1-on-1 mentorship and the high-touch access provided, we maintain a strict, performance-based refund structure.

2. Minimum Participation Requirement

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following minimum participation conditions:

Participate in the mentorship program for at least 6 consecutive months from the date of purchase.

Attend scheduled calls, engage with the provided resources, and communicate regularly throughout the mentorship period.

Show documented and consistent application of the trading strategies taught. This includes regular journaling, execution logs, and feedback loop engagement.

3. Proof & Performance Evaluation

To qualify for a refund, all of the following must be demonstrated:

No Measurable Progress: Despite full effort and 6 months of consistent participation, you have experienced no tangible improvement in execution, discipline, or results.

Documented Effort: You must submit detailed documentation, including:

Trading logs or evaluations

Journal entries

Session notes

Screenshots or proof of engagement with resources

Communication history (DMs, emails, mentorship feedback)

4. Refund Submission Process

All refund requests must be submitted via the Whop Resolution Center. Requests submitted via Discord, Instagram, or personal messages will not be considered.

Process:

Submit a case in the Whop Resolution Center clearly outlining your request.

Include all required documentation noted above.

Allow up to 14 business days for review and final decision.

Refunds will be processed only if all eligibility conditions are met, and the request is submitted in good faith.

5. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be granted in the following scenarios:

Change of mind or regret after purchase

Failure to commit to the full 6-month participation requirement

Lack of time, focus, or follow-through

Inability to provide required documentation of sincere effort

Requests submitted through channels other than the Whop Resolution Center
